1. Who we are

Cobrand Solution ("we", "us", "our") is a system integrator headquartered at 67 Al Merghani St, Al Golf, Heliopolis, Cairo Governorate, Egypt. This policy explains what information this website (co-brandsolution.com) collects and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

  • Information you submit directly. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), area of interest and message.
  • Aggregate analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect or store any personally identifying information. It reports anonymized, aggregate figures such as page views and referral sources.

3. Cookies

This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. The Chatbase live-chat assistant on our home page does set a small number of functional cookies of its own, used only to keep track of an open conversation — see section 5 below, and Chatbase's own cookie policy for specifics.

4. How we use your information

Contact-form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to scope and deliver the relevant services. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Third-party processors

Submitted form data is processed by the following third parties on our behalf:

  • Formspree, Inc. receives and forwards contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Plausible Analytics provides anonymized website-traffic statistics.
  • Chatbase powers the live chat assistant on our home page. Messages you send it are processed by Chatbase in order to generate a response and are not used by us for marketing purposes.

Each operates under its own privacy policy, available on its respective website.

6. Data retention

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have submitted to us by contacting info@co-brandsolution.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
